Fit Check Gallery | Real Women Wearing Onna Karate Uniforms

🥋Real Women. Real Stats. Real Fit.

This gallery is designed to help you visualize women’s karate gi sizing across different heights, fits, and body types.

Our Fit Check Gallery shows real women wearing Onna uniforms across different heights, clothing sizes, and body types. Each card includes everyday clothing size and the uniform size worn so you can compare yourself and shop with confidence.

Sizing is not one-dimensional. This gallery is designed to help you see what’s possible — not just what’s printed on a chart.

HOW TO USE THIS PAGE

  1. Start with your height.
  2. Find someone close to your everyday pant and top size.
  3. Note the uniform size they are wearing.
  4. Click below each section to shop that model.

If you are between sizes, keep reading — you likely have options.

UNDERSTANDING FIT FLEXIBILITY

Uniform sizing is not rigid. Many women can comfortably size up or down depending on preference.

You may choose to:

• Size up for slightly longer sleeves or pant length
• Size down for a more tailored look
• Move between fits if you are on the bridge between Slim and Standard
• Adjust based on hip, thigh, or chest proportions

For example:

Kaari is 5’9” with 47”-48" hips
She can wear a 175 Standard Fit or a 170 Curvy Fit comfortably.

The difference comes down to preference:
• 175 Standard gives slightly more length
• 170 Curvy offers more room in the hips and seat

Both work — it depends on how you like your uniform to feel.

For detailed measurements, view our complete Size Charts.

This is why we created multiple fits. Women are not one shape.

WHEN YOU’RE BETWEEN FITS

If you are close to the bridge between Slim and Standard:

• Slim Fit offers narrower shoulders and less hip allowance
• Standard Fit adds room in the hip and thigh

If you are close to the bridge between Standard and Curvy:

• Standard Fit works well for moderate hip shape
• Curvy Fit provides additional seat and thigh allowance

Choosing fit is about proportion — not just number sizing.
