Late-night doom scrolling and getting a little too spend-happy?

It happens — we’ve been there too 😉

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. Returns and exchanges are part of the apparel industry, especially as we help introduce the idea that a karate gi can actually be made for her.

Exchanges (Size & Fit)

If your item doesn’t fit quite right, we’re happy to help.

  • Email onnakimono@gmail.com
  • Use EXCHANGE in the subject line
  • Let us know what didn’t work and what you’d like to try instead

If the item has only been tried on and is in new, unworn condition, we will do our best to exchange it for a size that does fit.

For approved exchanges:

  • We will provide a return shipping label
  • Once the original item is received and inspected, we’ll send the replacement

Returns

If you’d prefer to return your item:

  • Email onnakimono@gmail.com to initiate the return
  • Ship the item back using your preferred shipping method
  • Once received and approved, the item will be restocked and a refund issued minus the restocking fee

Item Condition Requirements

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unworn
  • Items must be unwashed
  • Items may be tried on only
  • Items must be returned in original condition suitable for restocking

This may be another woman’s future superhero suit — we want it to arrive perfect ✨

Restocking Fee

A flat 8% restocking fee applies to all returns.

This fee helps cover inspection, handling, and repackaging costs and will be deducted from your refund.

Timeframe

  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery
  • Requests made after 30 days cannot be accepted

Sale & Clearance Items

Items purchased on sale or clearance are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
