Where do you ship from?
All orders ship from the United States.
Do you ship within the United States?
Yes. We ship throughout the continental U.S., Alaska, and Hawaii.
Which carriers do you use?
Domestic orders are typically shipped via USPS or UPS, depending on package size, destination, and order value.
How much does domestic shipping cost?
We offer flat-rate shipping within the United States based on the total value of your order.
- Flat-rate shipping starts at $5
- Larger orders may ship in multiple packages at no additional charge beyond the flat rate
Shipping rates are clearly shown at checkout.
How long does shipping take?
- Continental U.S.: Orders typically arrive within 2–5 business days after shipment
- Alaska & Hawaii: Delivery may take up to two weeks
Please allow 2–5 business days for order processing before shipment.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes — we do offer international shipping on a case-by-case basis.
If you are outside the U.S. and would like to place an order, please contact us before purchasing so we can confirm availability and calculate shipping rates for your location.
How much does international shipping cost?
International shipping costs vary based on:
- Destination country
- Package size and weight
- Carrier rates at the time of shipment
To receive an accurate quote, please email us with:
- The item(s) you’re interested in
- Your full shipping address, including postal code
We will then provide available shipping options and rates.
Will I have to pay customs duties or import taxes?
Yes — international orders may be subject to customs duties, VAT, or import taxes once the package arrives in your country.
These fees:
- Are set by your local government
- Are not included in the product price or shipping cost
- Are the responsibility of the customer
Because customs fees can vary widely and be unpredictable, we recommend planning for up to an additional 50% of the item value to cover potential import charges. In most cases, this more than covers the fees, but final costs are determined entirely by customs authorities.
Can you estimate customs fees for my country?
Unfortunately, no. We do not have visibility into or control over customs charges, and we cannot estimate or guarantee the amount you may be charged.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. Once your order ships, tracking information will be emailed to you when available.
Please note that tracking updates may be limited once an international package enters another country’s postal system.
What happens if my package is delayed or held by customs?
International shipments may occasionally be delayed due to customs inspections or processing times. These delays are outside of our control.
If your package is held by customs, your local postal service or customs office may contact you directly regarding required fees or documentation.
