Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 3–4 business days. Processing times do not include weekends or holidays. During high-volume periods, processing may take a little longer.

Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be provided using the contact information entered at checkout.

Domestic Shipping

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery location.

Onna Kimono currently offers standard shipping only. Expedited, overnight, and 2-day shipping are not available.

Delivery times vary depending on your location and carrier conditions. Please keep in mind that estimated delivery times begin after your order has been processed and transferred to the carrier.

Customers in Alaska and Hawaii should allow additional transit time.

International Shipping

International shipping is available to select countries. Available shipping options and rates will be displayed at checkout.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping charge paid to Onna Kimono.

All international sales are final. Due to the cost and complexity of international shipping, returns and exchanges are not available for orders shipped outside the United States.

We strongly recommend contacting us for sizing assistance before placing an international order. We are happy to help you determine the best size and fit before you purchase.

If your international order arrives incorrect or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us so we can make it right.

International Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at the time of purchase.

For international orders, shipping carriers may flag addresses that are incomplete, incorrectly formatted, or cannot be verified. If an address issue is identified, the customer must provide any necessary corrections within 24 hours of placing the order or before the order ships, whichever comes first.

Onna Kimono is not responsible for verifying or correcting customer-provided addresses.

If an international order is returned to Onna Kimono because of an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address, the customer is responsible for providing the corrected address and paying all additional shipping costs required to resend the order. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
