How Much is Shipping?

We offer a flat rate shipping scale for standard shipping. We will select the most economical shipping prices and packaging we can provide at the time of order fulfillment. This helps save you from paying the FULL shipping rate since karate uniforms are naturally very heavy and cost a lot to ship. Currently, we do not provide overnight or 2 day shipping. We apologize for any inconvenience this might cause, please know we are working towards a solution to better serve you. 

What is the Order Processing Time?

We will process an order as fast as we can but the typical processing time is 3-4 business days. Please, note this does not include weekends or holidays. 

When Will my Item be Delivered?

Depending on where you live in the United States the delivery time for standard shipping can take anywhere from 3-7 business days. Specifically, those residing in Alaska and Hawaii should understand the shipping time frame to be towards the 7 business day mark. 

Packaging Your Return

If you have received merchandise that is incorrect or defective please contact the Customer Service Team at onnakimono@gmail.com.

To return or exchange a product:

  • Wrap merchandise securely.
  • Ensure tags are still attached to uniforms. Non uniform items will need to be in their original packaging as initially delivered.
  • All uniforms to be folded neatly and placed inside their original packaging. 
  • Include a copy of your proof of purchase or packing slip.
  • Ship your package with a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance. (Onna Kimono is not responsible for packages lost in transit)

Who Pays for Return Shipping?

Folding a dogi and repacking them is a torrid affair and takes the concentration of a monk to get it just right. Because of this, we do appreciate you paying the return shipping fee. Please follow our guidelines for packaging your return for more information on how to return or exchange an item. 

Is There a Restocking Fee?

No, There is no restocking fee. As many season Karate-ka know folding a gi the way it was first in the packaging is nearly impossible. In fact, it might be one of the ways a BJJ school test students for their first stripe. We are more than happy to accept exchanges and returns, but know we are blackbelts in folding uniforms as well.
